Good Will Be Called Evil and Evil Will Be Called Good (The Strong Delusion) - A Prophetic NOW Word for the Church
This past weekend, I released a word God gave me through the Book of Esther about what is happening right now with the election in America and what HE is doing. If you missed that, you can watch it here.
After I released that word, the Holy Spirit elaborated a little more the following day and showed me more of what is happening, again through the book of Esther. And how He had already placed a judge in the Supreme Court ahead of time for this moment, so just like Esther - she would be in position to bring God’s will to pass.
I shared in the Esther word how God said He was going to move and overturn the wicked schemes and make things right, but at that moment, I didn’t know exactly how. But, once He elaborated the next day, then I knew it was going to be about it going to court and His justice being done.
And what I started to feel at that time, was a booming in my spirit that when this happens, God wants His people to recognize that it is HIM. Because the way it is going to be presented in the natural is going to be very different (obviously). So, He is telling His prophets ahead of time to tell His people, so they will be able to see what’s happening spiritually and not naturally. Because if they don’t recognize it and see spiritually, they could get caught up in a great deception.
Because if we rely only on how we feel and what makes sense to our human reasoning (or even worse, go only by what we’re told and shown by the media and the world), we will be deceived.
“The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. Who can know it?” -Jeremiah 17:9
“The carnal mind is enmity against God.” -Romans 8:7
Our hearts and carnal minds can deceive us and lead us into the wrong things. God knows this, it’s why He warns us of this over and over and tells us not to go by our own thoughts or feelings, but only by His Spirit.
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” -Romans 12:2
It has never been more crucial for believers to LAY DOWN their own reasoning, understanding, opinions, thoughts and feelings and ONLY go by what the Lord says. Because if they don’t, they WILL be deceived.
God works in ways that don’t always look like what we think and uses people and things we don’t think He would. So, if we rely on our own understanding, we will miss what He’s doing. And the enemy knows that and takes advantage of it.
Satan is the ruler of this world. He is the one in control of the “narrative” being told to you by the news, social media, entertainment and technology. He tells you what he wants you to believe. And it will always be a LIE as he is the father of lies. It’s all he does. And, Revelation 12:9 tells us that he deceives the whole world.
In these end days, the Lord warns us through His word that good will be called evil and evil will be called good.
“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes,
And prudent in their own sight!” -Isaiah 5:20-21
God is giving a warning that those who fall for the deception - those who believe evil is good and good is evil, that darkness is light and light is darkness (because they have trusted their own wisdom and sight instead of the Holy Spirit’s) will experience judgment and the wrath of God (woe to those…).
And the Holy Spirit is bringing these words now to give spiritual discernment about what is happening and give a warning not to be deceived. When He (GOD!) overturns the wicked scheme and keeps the President in office (God’s “final trumpet” prophesied in Scripture), there will be a great backlash and God does not want His people to get caught up in it.
“There are those who hate the one who upholds justice in court and detest the one who tells the truth.” -Amos 5:10
It’s already started - people who are speaking the truth and sharing God’s words are being labelled as false prophets or crazy or just voicing their own opinions. When in actuality, it’s the opposite. It’s those who can’t see what God is doing who are actually stuck and deceived by their own opinions. But, God wants to free them!
“Have I now become your enemy by telling the truth?” -Galatians 4:16
Yesterday, I experienced the deception first-hand and the Holy Spirit said this is what it will look like. It is the exact opposite of what is truly happening. It is quite literally, good being called evil and evil being called good. So, even though the truth is that evil people are trying to steal the office from God right now and God is about to step in and give the “underdog” victory… the deception that people will fall under is the exact opposite.
So, when this happens and God overturns it, the world (and media) will paint it that THAT is the office being stolen. When in actuality, they were the ones trying to steal it. And unfortunately, many believers have fallen for the deception. They truly believe that those who are working to usher in demonic agendas are the “good guys” and that God is with them. (Even though if you actually take any time at all to actually look at what the laws are that they are rushing to push through, they all go directly against God.)
“For the wrath of God is revealed from Heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness.” -Romans 1:18
But, if that’s not scary enough… here’s the really scary part. And what I feel the Holy Spirit warning about so strongly this morning.
Often, the way God’s “wrath” or judgment comes is that He will “leave us to ourselves.” He will let us stay stuck in deception and rebellion. He will let us go the wrong way. Not because He doesn’t love us. It’s actually because He does. But, when we repeatedly refuse to get in alignment with Him and are adamant about following our own feelings and thoughts, He has to take drastic measures sometimes to get us to “wake up.”
“God will send them a strong delusion that they should believe the lie, that they may all be condemned who did not believe the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” -2 Thessalonians 2:3-12
God Himself will send a delusion and allow them to believe the lie. This is His judgment. He is judging His own house first.
“For it is time for judgment to begin with God's household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?” -1 Peter 4:17
So, the judgment will come by way of letting them stay in deception. We can see it happening already with what is going on with our churches. It is not a coincidence that there are movie theaters and amusement parks open, but churches that are still closed. The Holy Spirit shared with me weeks ago, that that is another example of His judgment. Because those churches that are remaining closed are those that aren’t truly moving in the Spirit and trusting in Him. They are caught in their own flesh and the ways of the world. But, He (God) is allowing them to stay that way as judgment.
Of course, He does have a powerful and bold remnant that is rising up (hallelujah!) all over the world, who are moving in His Spirit, who do believe Him and who are meeting and moving together. But, this is a warning for those who are caught in deception.
Because even though God is judging His own house and He will send a delusion and let them believe the lies, He always gives us a way out and sends a warning through His prophets first.
THIS IS THAT WARNING.
Like I mentioned in my other word, God is being gracious and merciful right now. He is using Trump (His “trumpet”) to sound the final alarm. He is going to expose a lot of evil through him (like He already has been), but you will have the choice whether to believe it or believe the narrative of the world. You will have the choice whether you want to see the truth or write it off as “conspiracy.”
“The time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine… they will turn their ears away from the truth and be turned aside to fables.” -2 Timothy 4:3-4
He is giving us a small window of time to get right with Him again. Because of His LOVE and MERCY. As I’ve shared in other words He’s given me, we are coming into a great time of darkness like we’ve never seen before on earth.
“For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,
And deep darkness the people;
But the Lord will arise over you,
And His glory will be seen upon you.” -Isaiah 60:2“…the land of Egypt will be covered with a darkness so thick you can feel it.” -Exodus 10:21
It’s what people are already feeling right now. But, some people don’t recognize what that is that they feel. It’s spiritual darkness. It’s pure evil running rampant in the world. And those who work for darkness are now openly and aggressively pushing their plans on everyone. Not just in America, but the world. And the ONLY thing holding it back is God. In His grace and mercy.
In 2 Thessalonians, Paul warns the Church about the “man of lawlessness.” He reminds them not to be deceived by people saying the day of the Lord has come - which again, is happening right now. False prophets and people who are deceived are saying that Jesus is coming back right now. But just like 2 Thes. 2:3 says, “Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.” The rebellion - the great falling away in the Church and rebellion of the world - must happen first.
Right now, God is holding back the evil.
“And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way.” - 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7
The powers of lawlessness are already at work (which we can see right now!), but God is using the President (His “trumpet”) to hold it back. He is sounding the alarm for His Church to wake up and come out of agreement with the world while there is still time!
“The trumpet calls Israel’s army to mobilize, but no one listens for My fury is against them all.” -Ezekiel 7:14
Again, the Lord says here that no one listens because His fury is against them all - that is His judgment. But, this is a warning that allows people to recognize what is happening and go to Him and repent and ask Him to help them see the truth!
When, God (not the world) removes the one who is holding all the evil back, there will be no doubt. That is when the complete persecution of the Church and Christians will happen. That is when they won’t be able to buy food without a microchip (not conspiracy, truth.) and if they don’t submit to the new laws, they will be imprisoned or sent off to a “containment” area (for the “greater good”. Sound familiar?)
“And the second beast required all people small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he head the mark - the name of the beast or the number of its name.” -Revelation 13:16-17
It’s already begun with the idea of masks, vaccines and soon digital health id’s (connected to the chip) being issued to “keep everyone safe.” So, those who don’t comply will be considered “irresponsible”, “dangerous” and “risky.” And everyone will go along with it, hook line and sinker.
Because that’s the thing about wolves in sheep’s clothing. They look like sheep. I’ve said it before in other words - if you are reassuring yourself that you won’t be deceived because you’ll be able to recognize evil and won’t fall for it, you’ve already been deceived. Evil will always be presented as good. As the “right” thing to do. That’s why it’s called a deception.
But, when God removes the one who is holding it back and the full weight of His judgment falls, it will again be because He allows it. This is the stuff you don’t hear pastors teaching their flocks about even though it’s the most important thing they need to be sharing in these times. If you’re not with God, you are against God. And yes, He loves you and will always want you to come back to Him. But, sometimes, the only way He can get your attention and wake you up is through His judgment.
“I will make food very scarce in Jerusalem. It will be weighed out with great care and eaten fearfully. The water will be rationed out drop by drop. Lacking food and water, people will look at one another in terror, and they will waste away under their punishment.” -Ezekiel 4:16
“I will turn you into a ruin, a mockery in the eyes of the surrounding nations and to all who pass by. You will become an object of mockery.” -Ezekiel 5:14
“I will shower you with the deadly arrows of famine to destroy you.” -Ezekiel 5:16
These verses are God speaking. Not the enemy. He will make food scarce. He will send famine and turn His people into ruin. In the natural, He will allow all of the evil schemes to take place.
Not because He isn’t good. Because He is! If you have a hard time wrapping your brain around that statement, it’s because you don’t have a full understanding of who God is. He does love you and He does want everyone to come into repentance and back into the blessing of covenant with Him. But, He is a righteous God and He will send judgment on those who refuse to listen.
This is what is coming after He removes His hand from holding it back (what He is doing right now). So, you can see why it is SO important and gracious that God is giving us a little more time before it all transpires.
The good news is that, like I mentioned in the Esther word, this great move of God - where He steps in and does the impossible to turn things around - is also what will spark the revival that will spread across the nation and the world. It is what will spark the beginning of people “waking up” and coming back to God.
And it will come through the remnant that God has scattered across the world - those who can see the truth clearly and walk in His Spirit and not their flesh. They will be the ones that help the lost believers finally come back to the truth.
“A fire will spread from this remnant and destroy all of Israel.” -Ezekiel 5:4
“I will let a few of my people escape destruction and they will be scattered among the nations. Then when they are exiled among the nations, they will remember me. They will recognize how hurt I am by their unfaithful hearts and lustful eyes that long for their idols.” -Ezekiel 6:8
The remnant will carry the fire of God. Which, at first, will be “offensive” to those who are caught up in deception and idolatry. At first, it will “destroy” them. But, once they’ve been exiled and humbled by God, they will start to recognize how they’ve gone astray and how it grieves God and they will come back to Him in repentance.
This is the story that we are about to see play out.
And like He always does, God sends a warning through His prophets first. Because God is still good. And He is still a God of “both.”
Because while the chaos and darkness is going on in the world, we will still see blessing and joy in God’s people. Those who have gone into the “ark” of His presence where the provision and protection are (see my other word on that here) will walk in the blessings promised through Abraham and the blood of Jesus.
In fact, that is the light that will shine in the darkness. And why God has set things up this way because light shines in the darkness, not the light. The world has to get dark so God’s people can shine! But, they have to get right themselves so they can shine and not blend in with the rest of the world.
As lockdowns, illness, famine, poverty, upheaval and hatred run rampant in the world, there will be peace, provision, well-being, safety and peace with the people of God.
“During all that time the people could not see each other, and no one moved. But there was light as usual where the people of Israel lived.” -Exodus 10:23
“I will make a clear distinction between My people and your people.” -Exodus 8:23
And it is all because God’s love for us. Even the hardship and the judgment is all because He wants to bring His people back into the safety of covenant with Him. And welcome new believers in to refuge from the world.
It is a harvest in the Church and then a harvest in the world. And this is all the set-up for it.
It is an amazing time to be alive and God is on the move.
If you’re struggling to see what He’s doing and discern the truth, just ask Him! Ask Him to help you see! Ask Him to remove the scales from your eyes and unveil any deceptions you might be under. And He will do it.
He wants you free. And He wants you walking in the power and authority that Jesus gave His very life for.
It’s time to see clearly.
It’s time to rise up.
And it’s time to rule as the sons and daughters of God.
